Equipment functional status and performance:

Any of the equipment provided is only delivered if 100% functional, unlocked to all operators and iCloud account, being completely tested beforehand.

In addition to in-depth testing via software, physical analyzes are also performed which, among many other points, verify that:

  1. The LCD has no burnt areas. (more yellowish sections or more whitish spots)
  2. Both speakers deliver loud and clear sound.
  3. Both microphones record loud and clear audio.
  4. Every camera captures clear and sharp images.
  5. The port communicates, loads and holds the cable correctly.
  6. Battery capacity:
    1. On Smartphones & Tablets - We ensure that each device contains a battery that has at least 80% of its original capacity. (the average is 90%)
    2. On Laptops - We ensure that each device contains a battery that has at least 50% of its original capacity. (the average is 75%)
  7. Water contact indicators demonstrate that the device is clear from water damage.
  8. The device captures Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network signal correctly. Phone calls sound loud and clear.
  9. All Buttons, biometric and other sensors are fully functional.
  10. The device supports and is able to install software updates (if applicable).
  11. All parts have full integrity, without broken or bent spots.
